  • Accessibility: semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, ARIA where applicable
  • Cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest 2 versions)
  • Mobile responsiveness across standard screen sizes
  • Delivery of agreed scope within the stated timeline

What we are not responsible for

  • Content provided by the client (text, images, videos, data)
  • SEO rankings — we implement best practices but cannot guarantee search positions
  • Third-party services (analytics, CRM, payment gateways, hosting uptime)
  • Changes made to the codebase by the client or third parties after handoff
  • Business outcomes (conversions, revenue, user growth)
  • Security of client's own infrastructure or hosting environment

Data & Privacy

  • This website does not collect personal data without consent
  • Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties
  • We use no advertising trackers — analytics, if any, are privacy-respecting (e.g. self-hosted)
  • You may request deletion of any data you've submitted by emailing hello@coreweb.dev
  • Project materials are shared only with people involved in the delivery
